Michael Candelario’s Knack for Problem-Solving Leads Him to Entrepreneurship
Building a successful business has turned out to be a skill people spend years developing and getting right. As someone passionate about education and entrepreneurship, Michael Candelario has walked the talk and continues to do so with his burgeoning presence in the business world. Holding higher education qualifications in Real Estate Urban Land and Economics from the University of Wisconsin’s School of Business, Michael Candelario is showing out as a notable entrepreneur controlling multiple ventures and running them at scale.
His entrepreneurial appetite dates back to his time at the University of Wisconsin, where he established MAC Property Solutions. Over the years, he has delved into other business niches and established two other companies called Whole Nother Mother and Original Goods. Michael Candelario has staked his claim and presence in different areas to deliver never-before-seen solutions and build valuable teams dedicated to positive business causes.
The thirty-eight-year old entrepreneur born in Phoenix, Arizona, is well-versed with skills like system creation, corporate strategy, and a host of other leadership and organizational skills. Seeing his clients and business partners satisfied is his ultimate business goal, and his presence across multiple industries allows him to deliver value in a multidimensional way.
His first company, MAC Property Solutions, solves real estate problems for homeowners. The company purchases distressed properties, fixes, and flips them. Since its establishment, Michael has been responsible for the entire operation from lead generation to property acquisition and exit strategies, which include renting the home, fixing and flipping or searching, and finding qualified buyers or investors to grow operations.
In a bid to diversify and pivot his business management skills, Michael Candelario established a second company, Nother Mother, which manufactures organic gummy bear products that possess nutritional values such as multivitamins. From real estate, he switched to the production of health-conscious products that boost body immunity, support sleep, and give the body all the required doses of organic multivitamins it needs to function optimally.
Michael Candelario’s motivation to build businesses stems from his willingness to solve problems and make things easier for as many people as possible. Since he got into the business world in 2008, he has undergone significant growth and acquired valuable skills to lead any organization to success.
“Five years ago, I had a clear vision of where I wanted to be, and that’s where I am today. Five years from now, I’m looking at smashing my personal and business goals,” he said.
Michael Candelario’s entire life story revolves around setting goals, pursuing those goals relentlessly, and smashing them.
“If you set out to reach a goal, whether it be in education, personal or business, setting a goal and keeping that fire instilled with oneself are challenges you must overcome. However, the fulfillment that comes with achieving the goals makes everything worth it,” he said. “I believe everyone has the ability to achieve greatness, but we have to be able to make sacrifices along the way to attain what we initially set out to achieve,” he added.
